Our Community Partners
Meals on Wheels works with senior and health care agencies throughout Weld County. We collaborate with health care providers and hospitals that refer patients who require dietary services from Meals on Wheels.
Individual Donors
We rely heavily on the generosity of our community. Individual donations help us feed those who cannot prepare meals for themselves.
