At Meals on Wheels of Greeley and Weld County, we’re changing that. And this Colorado Gives Day, you can be part of something powerful: delivering hot meals, compassionate care, and hope–right to our neighbors’ doorsteps.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to serve those unable to prepare meals for themselves by delivering hot, nutritious food through caring volunteers.

In 2024 alone, we:

  • Delivered nearly 57,000 meals
  • Served more than 500 clients
  • Partnered with over 225 volunteers
  • Supported residents across 16 Weld County communities, including Greeley, Evans, Windsor, Firestone, and Fort Lupton
